You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ph911 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time.
ph911 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your ph911 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph911 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ph911 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. ph911 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on ph911 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph911 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside ph911's control and are your sole responsibility.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ph911 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you by email prior to any deduction.

ph911's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph911 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph911 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
